The North Dakota Board of Accountancy (Board) will be holding a special meeting on August 3, 2023 at 10 AM. The meeting will be held via video conference call. You can join the meeting here

1. 2023-03 - Executive Session N.D.C.C 44-04-19.1(2) and (5) and (11) and N.D.C.C 44-04-19.2(1)
   1. Discussion of settlement agreement terms and receive attorney advice.

2. CPA License #1999R/Firm Permit #99
