The North Dakota Board of Accountancy (Board) will be holding a special meeting on September 8, 2021 at 9 am. The meeting will be held via video conference call a screen will be available for public participation at the Board’s main office located at 215 North 3rd Street, Suite 202 C, Grand Forks, North Dakota.
At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board expects the agenda to include the following
- Software Contract
- Extension Requests
- CPE Issues
- Disciplinary Actions
At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board expects Executive Session may be required for the topics of Investigations and Disciplinary Cases. The legal authority is as follows:
