TAKE NOTICE that the North Dakota State Board of Accountancy held a public hearing to address proposed amendments to N.D. Admin. Code 3-02-01-02, 3-02-02-04, and 3-03-01-01, at 10:00AM on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at North Dakota State Capitol, Fort Totten Room, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to allow for continuous testing for exam candidates, change the date of CPE reporting; and revise a citation.
